PARTICIPANTS' IMPRESSIONS FROM THE PROJECT:

Dorin Ion: It's not my first and hopefully is not my last. I was in more than 5 Erasmus projects, in more than 7 countries, and not even one of them can compare with Cyprus, with LAMBIDA. From the start, from the arrival until the end of departure everything was planned gorgeously. The coordinator is so thoughtful that he even waited for us to arrive (at the midnight) with some sandwiches because he was thinking we could be hungry (and we really were). They are aware of our needs, of our age and differences, the beautiful trainers helped us to bond, to communicate, to celebrate, to visit and to become friends. Even though I have a lot of experience as a trainer and with Erasmus project, I can't find anything to improve. From the location, food and personal, everything is perfect. I hope someday I will come back again to enjoy.

Aurelian Grigore: The training course in Pissouri, Cyprus was a life changing experience that helped me to develop as a person, to learn more about topic of the project and about how we can do business in a digital age, what tools we can use in our daily works to improve and be more efficient and to attend to the local people needs, as well as to develop new skills and exchange ideas. In this project I made lifelong friendships and I keep in contact with the participants to see how our life develop further. I recommend to everyone to take part in an Erasmus project as it is a unique opportunity to learn new things and develop yourself.

Andreea Pirvu: This was my first visit to Cyprus, and hopefully not the last one. I was very excited to discover the amazing island...Cyprus. The sea, the hills, people`s houses, the cats... every corner that you`re looking at shows the beautiful harmony between the nature and the human being that lives the mediterranean life, with joy and smiles.

About the project, everything was organised so well that nothing fell like tiredness. The activities and tasks were very good blended, we received a big amount of information through non-formal education. We've been able to work in teams and have some wonderful results, to present every piece of our work, express ourselves and share experiences.

Every member of the group was close to the others, and I felt that created connections between us. We've been communicative, empathetic and respectful of everybody's needs.

Andreia Diaconita: What can I say, everything was perfect, the location, the food, and especially the people. The time I spent here in Cyprus has been a great experience.

Firstly, the location of your training in Pissouri is truly stunning. The town is nestled on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by the Troodos Mountains, creating a breathtaking landscape that is unparalleled. The clear blue waters, golden sand beaches, and rugged hills provide an ideal backdrop for learning, creativity, and exploration.

Additionally, the Erasmus training program was top-notch. The activities have been relevant, engaging, and informative, providing new skills and knowledge that you can apply to my future endeavours. The formators have been knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive, ensuring that we received the best possible learning experience.

Moreover, the local community in Pissouri was welcoming and hospitable. I had the opportunity to interact with people from different cultural backgrounds, make new friends, and experience a new way of life. The locals were always willing to help and provide guidance, making our stay in Cyprus comfortable and enjoyable.

It is evident that the Erasmus training program and the location exceeded my expectations, and I am confident that this experience will be valuable for my personal and professional growth. Congratulations on completing your training, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

I, simply love you, Cyprus

PARTICIPANTS' IMPRESSIONS FROM THE PROJECT:

Dorin Ion: We started our journey in March in Cyprus, a gorgeous location for a wonderful project. Our journey started more with theory and getting to know each other with the help of our amazing trainers, Evangelia and Kateryna. In June, we gathered all the participants in an entirely new location, which helped us get even closer and put into practice what we learned in Cyprus. There were many activities that combined theory with a practical attitude. We manage to create small business ideas with a huge potential for growth. The use of new technologies, Artificial Intelligence, website creation and so many more, I considered essential and should be promoted in a lot more trainings. We live in a society where technology is replacing life, and we should learn how to use it and adapt. Eve and Kate helped us learn new technologies in such a way that it not only looked easy (but it wasn't) but was also interesting and approaching. Another 3 more days and we would've had our own business ready to make money. A wonderful experience with amazing trainers, coordinators, and participants. It should have a 3rd part.

Aurelian Grigore: My experience with the training course on "Business in the Digital Age" in Bakuriani, Georgia was truly transformative. I had the opportunity to join a diverse group of professionals from eight European countries, fostering a collaborative learning environment enriched by cross-cultural perspectives. Throughout the program, I gained comprehensive knowledge about the crucial steps involved in starting a new business and the art of effectively advertising it in the digital landscape. The course provided practical insights into targeted marketing, content creation, and the latest trends in social media advertising. The immersive experience, combined with the picturesque setting and the expertise of our trainers, left a lasting impact on my professional journey. I am now equipped with the confidence and skills needed to navigate the challenges of the digital age and make a meaningful impact in the business world.

Andreia Diaconita: It has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From engaging in inclusive youth work methodologies to exploring online social business promotion, the project has had a profound impact on me.

Through this project, I had the opportunity to connect with participants from diverse backgrounds and countries, fostering a sense of global community and broadening my horizons. The team-building activities and interactive sessions not only enhanced my communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills but also provided me with a platform to express my ideas and learn from others.

Learning about entrepreneurship in the digital age and discovering innovative ways to make a positive impact in my local community has been truly empowering. The project has equipped me with practical tools and knowledge that I can apply in my personal and professional life.

I am grateful for the experiences and insights gained during this project. It has not only enhanced my cultural awareness but also instilled in me a sense of confidence and determination to create positive change. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this project and for the valuable connections and memories it has brought me.
