HOSTING VENUE

We ensure that all participants have safe transportation to Bakuriani from the airport and vice versa; we will include details about arriving at the hosting venue via public transportation in the info pack; for each group of participants arriving, one of our team members will pick them up and drop them off at the hotel. For any activities conducted outside of the venues, we will book buses for the participants' transportation to ensure transportation safety.

After the departure, the participants will be hosted in the Grand Noel Hotel in Bakuriani, Georgia. This is an environmentally friendly location with recycling bins of all kinds of reusable items; the participants will have the opportunity to practice recycling in the venue. Participants will be able to get rest when they arrive at the hotel. They will have energizers and coffee breaks during the project so that the information flow would be enjoyable and easy. The venue places are already preliminary booked to ensure availability and have all the required facilities for the effective execution of the project.

We will share nationalities among the apartments (2 – 3 participants in each apartment). There is a bathroom/shower in each apartment. Bed linen and towels will be provided by the hotel. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks will be provided in the venue place during the whole project. As you can check on the website, the area offers different activities and possibilities, and it can be enjoyed by the participants.
