EVALUATION

The programme will be evaluated continuously throughout its duration. This will be accomplished along the course of the project. However, minor tweaks may be made to ensure that all organisations and participants are "comfortable" with the project's activities during its eight-month lifetime. As a result, we ensure the project's central idea remains stable and unchanging. The timetable and request for partner organisations that we attach to this application detail all of the activities that will take place. If the evaluations reveal a compelling need to modify certain aspects of our proposal, we will first approach our National Agency to ascertain their acceptance and approval to proceed with the modifications. The evaluation's complete results will be available on the program's webpage.

Particularly, the evaluation can be divided in the following sections:

(a) Initial Evaluation will be held via a webinar discussion with the representatives from the organisations and a webinar with the participants in July 2022. In this evaluation, the whole timetable of the program will be analysed and evaluated as an idea. As a result, if we receive positive assessment, we will decide collectively to maintain the timetable as it is now scheduled, in order to ensure their acceptance and unanimity on all activities and actions taken by participants and organisations.

b) The next evaluation (Middle evaluation) will be conducted from the participants during the first days of the Training in Cyprus, in October of 2022 (01 to 08). This evaluation will take place during a discussion on the third day of the training, during which we will hear what changes participants suggest to improve their stay in the hotel and working space. The questions that will be raised during this middle evaluation of the training concern what they liked and disliked, what they expect as educational outcomes, what they think about the whole organisation up to that point, and whether there is anything that bothers them, in order to discuss and implement necessary changes.

(c) Another evaluation of participants will take place on the final day of the activities, through an online questionnaire with multiple choice and open-ended questions about each activity and the whole project up to that point. The evaluation's findings will be analysed and also published on the program's website. The evaluation report will be used to facilitate discussion among all trainers and organisers of the training in order to improve performance in future comparable training sessions. Additionally, the results will be posted on the program's website.

(d) In addition to the aforementioned, a more accurate evaluation will be conducted via a general report that must be produced by all organisations to evaluate our activities, as well as the meeting venue, the meals, the social events, and generally all the logistics and stages. The evaluation of the organisations will come through the reports and dissemination that participants will do in their home countries concerning the results of the program.

(e) In addition to the evaluation reports, we will request that all organisations write their own evaluation letters through the assistance of the participants in order to obtain an overall report from each organisation for the whole implementation of the project.

Moreover, participants will have the opportunity to self-evaluate the project's results through the Youthpass framework, according to what they believe they have gained subjectively. This evaluation will take place one month after the completion of the workshops. The participants will have distanced themselves from the educational process and thus will have a more objective perspective of their educational outcomes. The questions will be related to the attainment of learning objectives, the acquisition of skills, and personal growth that occurred during the programme. Our organisation will receive numerous opinions as a result of the aforementioned evaluations, and we will work to enhance our future applications, to be more proactive and prudent in multiple areas, and to "overcome" our current weaknesses.
