ARMENIAN TEAM

Follow up Activity

The LAMBIDA project provided us with an exceptional opportunity to enhance our skills and knowledge. The Armenian group accepted the challenge and took advantage of the opportunity. During the project, we thoroughly enjoyed the Pissouri Village in Cyprus and returned home with renewed motivation and fresh ideas

As a result of our participation, we conducted a follow-up activity with 15 young people from a town near Yerevan called Yeghvard. The Youth Mix NGO hosted us at the Terev Resto Cafe in Yeghvard, where we discussed the project, played games to get to know each other. During the first part, we emphasized the importance and differences between formal and non-formal education. In the second part of the follow-up, we divided participants into different groups and held a debate on digital education. Finally, we discussed the opportunities available through Erasmus+ projects. The follow-up lasted for over two hours, and the young people showed great interest in these types of projects. They were intelligent, well-educated, and open-minded individuals, who got so inspired that they requested us to undertake similar projects in the future. Currently, we are planning some other local projects with Youth Mix NGO.

We are honoured to have participated in this project and would like to thank Acapella NGO, Youth Mix NGO, and Erasmus+ for providing us with this life-changing opportunity.

PARTICIPANTS' IMPRESSIONS FROM THE PROJECT:

Marine: This training course was a wonderful, lifetime experience for me. One of the most valuable aspects of the project was the opportunity to share our knowledge and experiences with one another. Through group activities, workshops, and discussions, we were able to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and build a sense of community and collaboration. Overall, this Erasmus+ training course was highly beneficial and enriching for me. By learning how to use digital tools in youth work, and by developing my intercultural communication and collaboration skills, I'm now better equipped to engage and empower young people in my community.

Aghunik: The opportunity to participate in an Erasmus+ project was truly a remarkable experience. As my first time being part of such a program, I was initially unsure of what to expect, but it turned out to be an incredibly productive and enriching experience. The location in Cyprus added an extra charm to the project. The beautiful surroundings, the friendly people, and the rich culture of the island created a unique and inspiring environment for learning and collaboration. Throughout the project, I had the chance to interact with participants from different countries and backgrounds, which broadened my horizons and exposed me to diverse perspectives. We engaged in various activities and discussions, which helped me acquire new knowledge and skills that I can apply in my personal, professional life and also share in my country with others. The project was not only productive but also enjoyable. The positive and inclusive atmosphere fostered meaningful connections among participants, and I made valuable friendships that I hope to further strengthen in Georgia and even after the project has ended. I am truly grateful for this opportunity, it was a life-changing experience.

Makar: Attending the training course was a valuable experience for me, as I gained knowledge on how to use digital skills in youth work. Through this course, I was able to establish new friendships and connections, which I hope to maintain in future. The project as a whole was informative, as it allowed me to gain new insights into social inclusion and youth work in general. One of the highlights of the project was the opportunity to meet and interact with new people. The connections made during the program helped me to improve my communication skills and broaden my perspective. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to the chance to meet everyone again in Georgia.

Ruben: Days that were full of the process of acquiring new knowledge, combining the informal form of learning. The most knowledgeable, most positive seminarians helped us to acquire or understand some of our skills by applying both team and individual works. Their approach to the course was that time is the most valuable capital. And based on the following idea, they tried to give us the best. I can confidently say that I will use my new knowledge in life. In short, a period of discovery, making new friends that will always stay with me. I am looking forward to our meeting in Georgia.

SECOND PDA

PARTICIPANTS' IMPRESSIONS FROM THE PROJECT:

Ruben: A few days ago from June 27th to July 4th 2023, I finished the course of one of the Erasmus programs, Business in Digital Age, which took place in the city of Bakuriani, Georgia. The features of this course were many, but the main emphasis was on promoting an entrepreneurial mindset using the Entrecomp model developed by the European Commission. Let me briefly present what the following implies. EntreComp offers a comprehensive description of the knowledge, skills and attitudes people need to be entrepreneurial and create financial, cultural or social value for others. EntreComp is a common reference framework that defines 15 competencies in three main areas that describe what it means to be entrepreneurial (Ideas and opportunities, Resources, Into action). We have explored Simon Sinek's value proposition theory of project ideation "start with why" referring to the Golden Circle. The main questions were "WHY", "HOW", and "WHAT". Referring to this, I would like to add that by answering the following questions, we have created Entrepreneurial ideas emphasizing the solution to at least one social problem. We focused on the development of the simplest skills of web design, creating websites in line with our ideas. And in the end, I want to thank everyone who was by my side both in the first part of the program (Cyprus, Pissouri) and in the second part, giving me new knowledge, giving me unforgettable moments, and of course special friends.

Marine: ''Business in Digital Age" was truly a remarkable experience for me. Following the incredible success of our project in Cyprus, participating in the second phase brought even greater satisfaction. The week spent in Bakuriani was both captivating and beneficial. Throughout this time, we engaged in learning, teaching, sharing emotions, and creating lasting memories with my international friends. I eagerly look forward to embracing similar enriching experiences in the journey ahead.

Aghunik: Participating in the Erasmus+ project has been a transformative experience. The combination of cultural immersion and focused learning has provided me with a holistic perspective on business in the digital age. The transition to the second phase of the project in Georgia was a unique journey that exposed me to a different cultural tapestry. The contrasting experiences in Cyprus and Georgia highlighted the diverse ways digital business is approached across borders.

In Georgia, we continued to explore the theme of digital business, building upon the foundation laid in Cyprus. The workshops in this phase dug deeper into emerging trends such as blockchain technology, online marketplaces, and sustainable e-commerce practices.

The Georgian landscape provided a backdrop for further cultural exchange. Collaborative activities and group projects fostered teamwork and cross-cultural understanding, enriching our overall experience.

The Erasmus+ project has equipped me with valuable skills and insights that will undoubtedly shape my professional journey in the digital business landscape which I will share in my country with others.
